Belgo-Luxemburg Frontier Closed. PRECAUTIONS TAKEN. (Received 2 p.m.) LONDON, April 15. Tension has increased and civil guards have been posted at all public buildings, says a cable from Luxemburg. The Belgo-Luxemburg frontier has been closed since noon. The German trade delegation that visited Brussels has gone to Berlin after a satisfactory conclusion was reported to have been reached in trade negotiations. Precautions taken in the provinces of Luxemburg include the evacuation of schools.
