FLY ROUND WORLD. IMPERIAL AIRWAYS' NEEDS. CAREER FOR ADVENTUROUS. (Special.—By Air Mall.) LONDON, March 9. A new career ie now offered to accountants —that of the aerial auditor, to fly round the world totting up figures for Imperial Airways-British Airways.

"A Public Appointments" paragraph in a London newspaper this week invited, applications for two "travelling internal auditors." Imperial Airways-Britfeh-Airways (British Overseas Airways Corporation) "nave more than 70 air stations abroad, aad they need fully qualified experienced accountants to fly with other passengers on all their routes and alight at each station to audit the accounts for catering, petrol and spare-parts. The jobs will go only to chartered or incorporated accountants of good education, personality, experience, tact and physique. Bachelors are preferred, because their journeys may keep them out of England for six or nine months at a time. They must be British subjects and at least 30 years of age. They must have had commercial experience besides their professional qualifications. Qverseas experience and knowledge of languages are also welcomed. The two men appointed will undergo a short training and will then be sent out on their travels. They will fly to Athens, Karachi, Calcutta,* Penang" and Singapore on the flight from Southampton to Sydney; to Cairo, Juba, Dar-es-Salaam. and Mozambique on the trip to Durban.

'Planes cannot wait for them. At some stations they will find two or three days' work: at others enough to keep them busy for a month. Sometimes they will have to wait a week after completing the accounts for th© next 'plane to take them on.
