Hill has been fairly consistent for the past three season, and was one of the original members of the Surrey Club, which was absorbed by the Lynndale Club in 1!I38. Hughes. Over forty riders have sampled the route named by the Auckland Centre for its first big inter-club event, and 15 have punctured on the notoriously rough metalled section up. Don Bucks Hill. The junior race was run over the Birkenhead course of 10 miles, and resulted in a win for the scratch man, s. Brown, in the fast time of 27.45. G. Wolf, off the 3mlnute mark, linislicd second in 31.9. D. Smith, who is riding consistently this season, was third off the 4-minutc mark. This week a combined race will be held over live laps of the lake course for ihe Young Cup.
