(United Press Association.—Copyright.— Kec. 2 p.m.) LONDON, April 11. Preparations are being made against a possible German offensive on the Western Front. All French Army leave has been suspended. Belgium has followed suit. Military sources have noted clear German preparations for an offensive. Considerable German activity is indicated along the 1 00-mile front between the Moselle and the Rhine, and also on the Belgian, Luxemburg and Dutch borders. r> ""je "Daily Telegraph" Paris correspondent says the French Ceneral btaft believes that German preparations for an offensive are complete and the Germans are ready to attack, possibly on Monday.
