THEFT OF BENZINE.
PROBATION GRANTED.
Donald William Andrews, aged 27, pleaded guilty in the Police Court today when charged before Mr. J. Morlinjr, S.M., with the theft of a gallon of benzine, valued at 2/5. Detective-Sergeant Trethewey said the accused had siphoned the petrol from the truck of his employers to use in liis motor cycle. Accused was admitted to probation for one year.
