ROME, April 8.
The newspapers reveal that the Italian Army is using a new armoured car with a speed of 100 miles an hour. It is equipped with three machineguns and bullet-proof tyres, and can be driven backward or forward. Signor Mussolini, addressing students at the Black Shirts Acadeniv. id: "Italy is ready to face whatever this late spring may bring. The events we are witnessing are of great projxutions, but we are able to ineet then?, in sjiite of their unusual scope. A year ago we liberated a people in three days. Previously we conquered an African empire in seven months." The Duce referred to .Albania and Ethiopia.
