(Received ]2.30 p.m.) LONDON*, April 8. The former First Lord of the Admiralty, Mr. Duff-Cooper, in a s|»ecch, said that Britain has less support in the United States than at the outbreak because the Germans were very busy and very successful with their propaganda. "We are doing no propaganda at all. Britain refrains from propaganda in the United States, but gets no credit for this restraint. We must do more to state our case."
