ANZAC DAY.
BIG WELLINGTON PARADE.
OVERSEAS REPRESENTATIVES.
(From Our Correspondent.) ELLIXG rOX, Mondav. The Anzac Day celebrations in Wellington this year will be a real reunion of those from the Southern Hemisphere who served in the last war. as all branches of the New Zealand Returned Soldiers' Association are to be represented, and representatives of Australia. Malaya, India and South Africa will take part.
The Wellington Returned Soldiers" Association is making arrangements for a dawn parade and a citizere' service and auxiliary committees are arranging the usual suburban services, which are held in the forenoon between the dawn parade and the afternoon service.
Four Australian representatives have been a pointed to come to New Zealand for Anzac Day. They are Mr. L. A. Kobb, State president of the Xew South »vales branch of the league, who will act as deputy for the Federal president, Sir Gilbert Dyett, Mr. E. V. Ravmont, general secretary of the Federal'executive, Mr. Bert Jackson, president of the Australian Capital Territory branch at Canberra, and Mr. Jack Black, State secretary in Xew South Wales. I The Ex-Servicemen's Association of Malaya will be represented bv Colonel K A. Ash, Mr. J. W. Jones and Lieutenant-Commander W. I L Lcs" Lieutenant 1. E. S. Orbell will represent the Ex-Servicemen's Association of India, and the British Empire Service Legion of South Africa will be represented by Captain F. A. Christal and Captain H. Simson.
As 90 branches of the Xew Zealand Returned Soldiers' Association outside Wellington are to be represented, an unusually large parade can be expected.
