PERSONAL.
Mr. I. Burry has returned to Auckland from a visit to Australia. Messrs. H. L. Cranswick, H. S. Beaumont, G. Pretty and X. C. Crozier, officials of the A.M.P. Society, are visitors to Auckland. Mr. U. W. Shove and Mr. W. J. Truscott will be passengers for Wellington by train to-night to attend a meeting of the executive -of the Xew Zealand Manufacturers' Association. The Right Rev. Dr. Liston and Monsignor Ormond will leave this evening tor the south to take part in the Cen° tennial celebrations at Akaroa. at which Bishop Liston is to give the address.
