Huge Increase In The Note Circulation. OUTCOME OF NAZI REGIME. (Received 1 p.m.) ROTTERDAM, April 4. Tho Reichsbank return for tho week ended March 30 reveals that the note circulation has increased by 649,000,000 marks, making the total 13,000,000,000, Which is four times greater than in 1933. The Hitler regime also has quadrupled taxation and trebled debt, all of which has been concealed from the public.
