OFFENCES ADMITTED.
YOUNG MEN BEFORE COUWT.
. Pleading guilty in the Polß'e Court this morning, beJore Mr. J. Morling, S.M., to a joint charge that on March 13 last at Auckland they broke and entered the dwellinghouse of Frederick Miroslav P*vjinovich by night and stole the sum of £48 in money, the property of PavUnavich, Cyril John Patrick O'Sullivan, a waiter <21), and William Erin Rhind, a labourer (18), were committed to the Supreme Court for sentence.
CSullh-an admitted two charges of receiving articles from Rihind, and Rhind pleaded guilty* to a charge relating to the theft of a number of household goods, and to one concerning receiving lumber jackets, propelling pencils, brushes and a pair of shoee to the value of £8 1/6. The accused, who were repreeented ; by Mr. K. Aekuw, were remanded for sentence on these anmmary charges until after the joint indictable charjre has been dealt with by the Supreme Court.
