BIG MARLIN CAUGHT.
■ (From Our Correspondent.) WHANGAROA, Tuesday. The largest striped marlin of the season was caught to-day by Mr. S. Ellis, of Hamilton. The fish, which weighed 3581b, was landed after one and a .Sorter hours' fight. Mr. W. A. Nisbet, ot*»Vellingtcc. caught a striped marlin * of 2721b.
