ADMIRAL BYRD'S MESSAGE. WASHINGTON, March 24. A radio message from Bear-Admiral Bj id says he is aboard the Bear of Oaklaud on his way back to the United States via Chile. The North Star is also returning. Two winter bases have been left in the Antarctic.
