ORANGEMEN'S OFFER.
(By Telegraph.—Press Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Sunday. The 33rd annual conference of the Loyal Orange Institute of New Zealand was opened in Christchurch yesterday. It was decided to make a £600 loan free of interest to the Government for the duration of the war and six months afterward.
