EASTER TOURNAMENT. Hard Court Players Meet In Annual Event. J With tile exception of cue or two sharp showers, the Auckland Lawn Tennis Association's Easter hard-court tournament entered its second day under good condition?. The tournament is being conducted at the Windmill Koad (.Mount Eden) and Nicholson Pail; courts, and more than 40*1 entries have been drawn from places as far iiivnv as Lower llntt. Mangnweka and Daraivillc. Mr. 1,. P. Hates is mamc-or of the tournament and Mr. S. A. Cleal is the referee. The only surprise this morning was tlie defeat of .1. T. Harrison in the'first section of the men's singles by Rodney Smith. =====
