FURTHER DEMANDS.
Soviet To Take More Land From Finns. MOVE TO THE WEST. STOCKHOLM, March 22. The Soviet has increased its territorial demands on Finland, according to the Moscow correspondent of the "Stockholm Tidningeu."
The Kremlin informed the Finnish envoy, Dr. l'aasikivi, when he arrived in Moscow to ratify the peace treaty, that it was; necessary to extend the Russian frontiers further westward than originally planned. The Finns realise they have no alternative but to comply.
"Pravda" states that Wiipuri, which has been ceded to Russia by the peace treaty, will be equipped as an important war base, says a message from Mot-cow. Within a month it will be able to accommodate the largest warships of the Soviet's Baltic fleet.
