FRENCH PATROL'S SUCCESS. British Official Wireless. (Received 1 30 p.m.) RUGBY, February 22. The French official morning communique reports that "east of the Moselle, an enemy raid was driven back. Two German non-commissioned officers were made prisoners by one of our patrols."
