"PURE ACCIDENT."
In the action before the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, and a jury in the Supreme Court yesterday, in which Arthur Stanley Boswell (Mr. _ Schramm) claimed £73 special and £7-»0 general damages from the Passenger Transport Company, Ltd. (Mr. V. R. Meredith and Mr. N. I. Smith), the jury found, by a ten to two majority, that no blame was attachable to either party to tl«« accident. The foreman said the majority of the jury regarded the collision as a pure accident. On the motion of Mr. Meredith, judgment was entered for defendant.
