ROYAL ARCH MASONS.
MATS GATHERING TO-XIGHT. L Delegates and officers from all part? of the Dominion assembled in Auckland to-day for the forty-eighth annual convocation of Royal Arch Masons under the Supreme Grand Royal Arch Chapter of Xew Zealand.
The business session was opened this morning in the Masonic Temple, St. Benedict's Street, under the presidency of the retiring First Grand Principal, Mr. John Hobson (Hawke's. Bay). The main function will be held this evening when Mr. D. Duncan, of Auckland, will be installed as First Grand Principal. The other elective officers who will be invested this evening include: The deputy-First Grand Principal. Mr. L. M. Jolly (Ota.no); Second Grand Principal. Mr. V. F. Boustridge (Westland); Third Grand Principal, Mr. A. Scott (Southland) : chairman of the supreme committee. Mr. A. Burns, jun. (Auckland); grand treasurer. Mr. B. L. Catt (Auckland); grand registrar. Mr. X. B. Spencer (Auckland): district grand superintendents. Messrs. W. Revnolds (Xorth Auckland), Jas. Ariiistead (Auckland). D. Andrews (Hauraki). R'. R. Tyrer (Taranaki), E. E. Bott (Hawke's Bay). \V. H. Sandford (Ruapehu). R. W. MtVilly (Wellington). A. E. Da vies (Xelson and Marllwrough >. A. J. Jones (Canterbury). .1. H. Harkness (Westland). E. Racklev (Otago) and E.
