WOMEN'S LEAGUE.

A large gathering of ladies attended the opening meeting of the Women's League of the Auckland branch of the British Israel World Federation held in the British Israel reading room. Mra. Cranston presided and welcomed the visitors. An interesting letter was read from the president of the London Women's League. Mr. MeGill Nutt gave an instructive talk on world affairs.
