FARMER LOSES FINGER.
(From Onr Correspondent.) HAMILTON, Tuesday. A gunshot wound in the left hand was suffered by Mr. August Arthur Dembler. aged 25. farmer, of Springdale, to-day, when the gun he was carrying discharged when he jumped across a drain. The middle finger of the hand had to be amputated at the Waikato Hospital.
