A. S. PATERSON AND CO. t MR. STRONACH PATERSON RETIRING. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Sir George Shirtclitfe, chairman of directors of A. S. l'aterson and Company, Limited. Wellington, advises that Mr. Stronach Paterson will retire from the managing directorship of the company at the expiry of bis term of office at March 31 this year. The company will, however, have the benefit of his wide commercial knowledge and experience ill an advisory capacity as a member of the board.
