MAKING PAPER PATTERNS^
Paper cutting is fascinating a 6 a pastime. Have you ever tried it? Cut live or more pieces of coloured or white paper about 4in square. Then fold them over in the centre, as indicated by the dotted lines. Cut out the designs pictured here. The
! first sketch shows you how to cut out a diamond after the paper has been loldcd in half. The other sketch shows you the completed diamond. Now see if you cat cut out other designs. They are very cany to make up. and all kinds of things such as l'eavt*. 1 lower* and geometrical design** will present them-elves to you. helping a good deal in the formation of an artistic picture.
