Cheese Pudding.
Soak four ounces of stale bread or slices of left-over bread and butter in half a pint of milk, then mash, well with a fork. Beat in ail egg, add pepper, sals, a touch of cayennO, and half a teaspoonful of made mustard, tlien four ounces of grated cheese. If dry bread has been used add a small piece of marparine or butter. Put in a greased pie-dish and bake in a moderate oven until set.
