' A concert arranged by the entertainment committee of the Patriotic Association. and presented by the Mavis Ward TCevne Company, was enthusiastically received by ;i largo andienee of members of the second echelon at Papakura Military Camp hist even in jr. The following artists contributed: Misses Mavis "Ward. lJctty Tilney, CJretta llill. Freda Lawson, Mary MeKeown. Dolly Misson. Olive lloardman. Zelda Neal. Doreen McWhirter, Fstello Turner, Mrs. May. and Messrs. .Tack Coiinihan. Steve Ward. .Tock Phillips. Bill Stites. Trevor Callinan. Frank liosnic. Corporal .Tack do Rose, and Master Ken Ward. Mrs. May. Steve Ward and Piper Jock Phillips played accompaniments. Colonel White expressed appreciation of the Patriotic Association's assistance in arranging the entertainment. Cheers were given for Miss Mavis War<J and her troupe.
