CONSPIRACY ALLEGED.
TWO ACCUSED REMANDED. (By Telegraph.—rress Association.) WKLLIXGTOX, Friday. A further remand until February 14 was granted by Mr. J. L. Stout, S.M., in the Magistrate's Court to-day in the case in which Gordon Percy Aston, engineer, aired 30, and Ilarvey Maitland Clirv&tnll, engineer, aged 52, were charged with conspiring with each other by deceit to defraud Hartley Roy Sellers of sums of money totalling £04(55. Bail was renewed in the sum of £500, with two sureties of a like amount, for each accused.
