(Received 1 p.m.) COPENHAGEN, January is. A liny named Putra, employed as a groom by the United States Minister to Finland, Mr. H. V. A. Scoenfcld, was arrested as a Russian spy. Putra. in the Minister's absence, hoisted the American flag over the villa, which the Russians tombed during a raid. The flag had not been hoisted previously since the outbreak of the war.
