CAR AND TRUCK COLLIDE.
WOMEN SUGHTLY HURT.

WHAKATANE, thie day
In a collision on the Murupara-Te Teko Road yesterday afternoon, a car owned and driven by Mr. T. Schmelinjr, of Mount Albeit, Auckland, and a heavy truck owned by Wilsons Timber Company, Te Whaiti, were both damaged. Mrs. Florence Kmily Brick and Mrs. iSehnielinjr, passengers in the car, were injured, Mrs. Brick suffering a cut on the. chin and Mrs. Schmeling abrasions to the wrist.
