EUCHARIST CONGRESS.
PROMINENT CHURCHMAN.
MONSIGNOR BAMM ARRIVES.
Official representative of the Archbishop of San Francisco at the National Eueharistic Congress to be held in Wellington in February, the Rt. Reverend Monsignor C. Ramm, arrived at Auckland to-day in the Monterey.
Monsigner Ramm is interested in education and is a member of the Board of Regents of the University of California. He is the only San Francisco representative at the congress, the only other American visitor on the ship bein<* the Rev. Father J. H. Steinbrunner, of Cincinnati.
Expressing his interest in economic spcial developments in Kew Zealand, Monsignor Ramm said he was looking forward with interest to his brief stav in the Dominion. He added that he had met Archbishop O"Shea, of Wellington, when his Grace was returning from his recent world tour, and was interested to learn that the archbishop was born in San Francisco.
