PROMOTIONS.
Advice has been received through the Commandery in New Zealand of the Grand Priory in the British Realm of the Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem, that the council of the Grand Priory .in the British Realm is recommending to His Majestv the King, its Sovereign head, that Miss Frances L. Cooper be promoted in the order for meritorious service, over a iru-mber of years, in the St. John Ambulance Brigade.
