ARRIVE IN ENGLAND.
GRAF SPEE PRISONERS
(Received 11 a.m.) I LONDON, January Iβ. British captains of merchant ships sunk by the German pocket battleship Graf Spee, who were prisoners aboard the raider and were released after the River Plate engagement, have arrived at Tilbury and gone up to London under military orders.
