WAR RISK SURCHARGE.

REDUCED TO 15 PER CENT.

WELLINGTON, this day. The Union Steam Ship Company and Huddart Parker, Ltd., announce a reduction in the war risk' surcharge on passenger fares between Australia and New Zealand of 33 1-3 per cent to 15 per cent. The higher rate has been in operation on inter-colonial passenger fares since October. The new rates will commence to-day. ,
