ANKLE FRACTURED.
A motor cyclist, Mr. William Joseph Priest, aged 20, of Awhitu Central, near Waiuku, suffered a compound fracture of the left ankle, when he was involved in a collision with a motor car on the Awhitu-Pollock Road yesterday after noon. He was attended by Dr. R. S. Whiteside, of Waiuku, and taken to the Auckland Hospital in a St. John ambulance. His condkion to-day was fair.
