Pursuant to Section 8 of the Dog Registration Act, 190S, notice is hereby given • that the Fee for Registration of Dogs in the Borough of Devonport for the year 1940 has been fixed at Ten shillings (10/) , for each dog. Attention is also drawn to ■ Section 4 of the Dog Registration Amendment Act, 1938, to the effect that in addition to the fee payable under the principal Act for the registration of a dog, there ' shall be payable in respect of the supply of an approved remedy for the prevention of hydatid disease a fee of a prescribed amount (fixed by regulation at 1/ for each dog registered) and until payment of the additional fee registration shall not be deemed to have been made.
