VAN DRIVER HURT.
(By Telegraph.—Own Correspondent.) WHANGAREI, this day. In a collision between a ear and a van at-e street intersection, Eric Sothern, aged 17, of Whangarei, was thrown forward on to the windscreen of the van. He suffered a severe gash on the forehead and was admitted to the Whangarei District Hospital, but his condition is not serious.
