For the second day the Press pays great attention to Mr. Chamberlain's speech, which is interpreted as meaning that Franco-British co-opera-tion is proving so valuable that it might he continued rffter the War.
"he Figaro" says nothing would be more useful than to declare here and now that Britain and Prance remain as united in peacetime as in wartime.
The next meeting of the Supreme War Council should deride to begin Work on a Channel tunnel the very day peace is signed.
