The Zurich "Basler Nachrichten" says that a Wilhelmstrasse spokesman indicated that events of tremendous importance which are forthcomingl will change the whole appearance of the war. It was reported from Berlin earlier that Hitler is holding a series of conferences with his chief advisers. cfne report states that an effort is being made to reconcile Germany's relations v.- "tli Russia and Italy. Berlin wireless announced that in order to expedite coal traffic the national railways had ordered a lieavy reduction in the ordinary express passenger trains. Liberated locomotives will also transport other vital goods.
