South Africa so far has sent the most positive reply to the League's inquiry TPjfnrding the proposed assistance to Finland, declaring , that it is intended to pend Finland aircraft previously earmarked for the defence of the Union.
Argentina, Ecuador, Venezuela, Haiti, Holiviu arul Mexico Informed the League tit their profound sympathy for Finhind and their readiness to assist as fur us possible although no mention of military help is given.
Peru, while npprerinting the moral vnlup (if the Assembly's resolution, is mm bio to support it.
