POPE'S "GREAT JOY."
MESSAGE FROM MB. ROOSEVELT
(Received 1 p.m.) WASHINGTON, December 26.
The Apostolic Delegate has conveyed to President Roosevelt the Pope's "very great joy" at his message of Saturday last, and "profound gratitude at the choice of Mr. Myron Taylor for the post of the President's personal representative at Vatican City. The Pope is making a personal official reply to the President.
