Another x-rowd of 5000 saw the racing last night at the second midget car and motor cycling meeting at Western Springs. iJespite a slip-pery track, which put some cars out of action, revised handicapping provided even keener contests than on Saturday.

i. Brewer again won the main midget car lace of 12 la.ps and was second in the \ Cup. Other prominent drivers were J. Mathieson (winner of the latter race and one of the placed contestants in the main feature race). Maddaford (successful in the Consolation Handicap) M. Hughes arid J. Carter.

A. Mattson again showed out above the other motor cyclist* although hard pressed by C. Buchanan and L. Perrv (who went well in the final of the Western springs Handicap).
