CHEZ PAREE.
The floor was crowded on Saturday night for the Chez Paree anniversary birthday party at Buckland's Beach. Mr. Carnachan made an appropriate speech and Mrs. J. W. Cowley cut the cake. Favours were presented to the patrons. Mr. and Mrs. George Herbert, of Otahuhu, who were present at the opening of the cabaret and who are enthusiastic dancers at seventy-five years of age, attended the anniversary.
