WOMAN IN HOSPITAL.

WANG AXUI, Monday.

A Maori woman, Maka Kaimoka, known as Mre. Skinner, aged 45, of Putiki, was admitted to the Wauganui Hospital last niglit suffering from gunshot wounds in her left arm, side and neck. The gun which wounded her evidently had been fired at long range or was not pointed directly at her, because the pellets just penetrated the skin. Her condition is .not serious.
