RUGBY LEAGUE.
FOURTH GRADE FINAL DRAWN CROWNING OF THE SCHOOL-QUERN. On Saturday at Cr.rlaw Park the Rugby League football schoolboys committee held a gala, afternoon. The inter-club champion athletic events were- rua anil the crowning of Miss Dick as the schoolboys' queen was carried out by Mr. Grey Campbell, chairma'n of the Auckland Board of Control. The fourth-grade final was also played between Mount Albert and City, the game ending in a draw, each side scoring 11 points. The game was fast, with Monnt Albert having the best of the first spell and City dominating the latter half. Scorers for Mount Albert were: Hetherington secured a try, Cowley converting two and kicking two goals. Brian Tracey got a try for City, converting It and kickins two and W. Tracey *lso a penalty goal. The schoolboy races resulted: Junior 50yds Championship.—M. Taylor (Green Lane) 1, R. Lamb (Green Lane) 2. 50yds.—L. Eccles (Mount Albert) 1, R.
