LEAGUE FOOTBALL.
OTAHUHU TROPHIES PRESENTED. At the atinual presentation of trophies won by the Otaliuhu League Football Club the president, Mr. C. Bull, congr.ttulated the .members and coaches upon some line performances in the season's competitions. The senior B team was tlie winner of the championship and knock-out round, while the third grade team also won similar honours. Special trophies were presented to G. Brady, captain of the senior B team: C. Kelly, captain of the third grade : E. Miles, captain of the fourth grade; J. Speed'y, captain of the sixth grade; R. Pliilp. captain of the schoolboys' team ; and J. Peterson, for the most improved schoolboy. Mr. and Mrs. C. Brady were tlie recipients of presents from the committee and players of the third grade team. C. Kelly accepted the Nicholson Shield on behalf of the third grade team, which was the outstanding club side, and Mr. Roud received the Tracy InglLs trophy from the Auckland Rugby League for the leading junior club.
In recognition of Mr. Hall's own services during the season he received a case qf pipes.
