The Rt. Hon. JI. G. Coates. M.P.. arrived from Wellington by the Limited express this morning. Mr. S. Garland, of Wellington, has been appointed Deputy Consul-General for Greece in New Zealand. The Hons. F. E. Lark and E. Dye, M.L.C'.'s, arrived from Wellington "by the early express this morning.
Paster V. C. Stafford, of the Church of Christ, Teviot Street, Invercargill, has accepted a call to the Vivian Street Church, Wellington.
Messrs. A. G. Osborne, C. R. Petiie and C. W. Boswell, M.P.'s, were passengers by the Limited express from Wellington this morning.
The Hons. T. Bloodworth. J. Alexander, E. R. Davis and T. -F. O'Bvrne, M.L.C.'s, were passengers from Wellington by the Limited express this morning.
Messrs. A. S. Richards, \V. J. Lyon, C. A. Barrell, W. ,T. Broadfoot, F. W. Doidge and W. P. Endean, M.P.'s. arrived by the Limited express from Wellington this morning.
