NEWS BROADCAST.
ARRANGEMENTS BY 8.8.C. (Received 1 p.m.) RUGBY, September 14. The British Broadcasting Corporation announces that daily news bulletins in Rumanian and Serbo-CVoat languages were being inaugurated to-morrow. The Lord Privy Seal, Sir Samuel Hoare, stated in the House of Commons that no steps had been taken in Britaiu to interfere with the transmission of any foreign broadcast.
