(Received 10.30 a.m.) ! ' LONDON, September 13. A message from Copenhagen savs that only children under 10 and police are < allowed to pick up the pamphlets dropped in Germany by the R.A.F. Others may he punished with imprison- 1 meut, or death in serious cases. <
