Machinery.
BRITISH WAR RESTRICTIONS

LONDON. September 13.
A Russian trade delegation has arrived in London. Giving' to British wartime restrictions, it is transferring its purchases of machinery and other heavy materials to neutral countries, including Scandinavia, and possibly the United States. The. Russians insist that the step was prompted by commercial, and not political considerations.
