HELD PRISONER.
BRITISH CONSUL IN PRAGUE.

AMSTERDAM, September 13,
It is learned that the British Consul in Prague, and also his staff and their families, numbering 1«, are being held prisoner in the • Ambassadors' Hotel, Prague. The hotel porter reported that they are all well.
It is understood the American Consul is negotiating for their evacuation to a neutral country.
