INCREASE 25 PER CENT. (By Telegraph.— Press Association.) WELLINGTON", this (lay. The associated overseas shipping lines advise from London that ail forward quotations and bookings are being cancelled, and freight rates liv nil vessels sailinji from New Zealand are living advanced 2o per cent. '1 he increased rates apply immediately, but vessels already loading will charge tlie old rates on all cargo now being loaded, but with the increased rates at subsequent loading ports.
